Submit the "Educational Service Provision Contract
for the 2026 Academic Year".
Guardians of minors: Attach a copy of the power of attorney granted by public deed (indicating the notary's name and date) or an unregistered power of attorney or other legally valid form.
Student custody: If there are circumstances of conflict between the parents, they must inform the IE and present the document that proves custody of the student (Judicial Resolution, Conciliation Agreement, Extrajudicial Transaction, Municipal Resolution of separation or divorce, or jurisdictional or administrative mandate of the person exercising representation).
