Enrollment Schedule for the 2026 School Year
The regular enrollment process for the 2026 school year will be carried out according to the following schedule:

Registration requirements
- Cancel the 2025 enrollment (for more details, go to the Costs section).
- Submit the "Educational Service Agreement for the 2025 Academic Year."
If the minor(s) are represented by a legal guardian, attach a copy of the power of attorney granted by public deed (indicating the notary's name and the date of the public deed) or a power of attorney not registered or another legally valid form.
In cases of conflict between the parents, they must inform the school and submit the document proving custody of the student (Court Order, Conciliation Agreement, Extrajudicial Settlement, Municipal Resolution of Separation or Divorce, or jurisdictional or administrative mandate determining who has legal representation). - Attach the following documents in digital format (PDF) to the Sieweb enrollment module:
- Student's National Identity Document (DNI).
- Single Enrollment Form, generated by the Ministry of Education's computer application, SIAGIE.(*)
(*)For Incoming Students at the Early Childhood Education level: Applies to students who have previously completed studies in Basic Regular Education (EBR).
- For students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), in addition to the requirements listed, they must send the disability certificate or medical certificate that accredits the student's disability to the email address [email protected] or present it to the school office before beginning their enrollment process. If they do not have these documents, they can present the disability resolution or card issued by CONADIS and the psycho-pedagogical report. If they do not currently have these requirements, they must complete and submit a sworn statement (click here to download), with the understanding that they will be responsible for regularizing the documentation.
- For students who need exemption in the areas of Religious Education and/or Physical Education, fill out the exemption request form (click here to download) and send it to the email: [email protected] or submit it to the school office before starting your registration process.
Important
- If your child is in grades 5 through 12 (5th grade of primary school through 5th grade of secondary school), you must select two different Art Curriculum Workshops for the 2025 school year (one per semester). If you do not find an available workshop, this indicates that all spaces are filled, and you must select another. Once you have made your selection, no changes will be accepted.
- The uploaded documents will undergo a validation process. The results of this process, whether satisfactory or not, will be sent via Sieweb messaging within 24 hours (business days). If any document is found to be incorrect, you must correct it and upload it again. Once this issue is resolved, you can continue with your registration process.
- No outstanding debts with the school from previous years.
- Cancel 2025 enrollment (for more details, see the Costs section).
- Submit the "Educational Service Agreement for the 2025 Academic Year."

- Access the SIEWEB platform with your family username and password (the family username begins with the letter "F..") and complete the following steps:

Enter and/or update information about the student, family, father, mother, doctor, and person responsible for picking up the student in case of natural disasters.
Register your enrollment in the Curricular Workshops in the Arts and Culture area (for students from 5th grade of primary school to 5th grade of secondary school). - The uploaded documents will undergo a validation process.
